From first contact with Briarlea's receptionist to signing off their work, I found this company totally professional in all aspects. The design of my very small garden, the quality of the materials and the finished job are all of a superb standard. The best part, however, in my dealings with this company has been the staff. The office staff contacted me every day to make me aware of the following day's planned work while the guys arrived promptly on each of the five days and worked efficiently throughout the day. They tidied and cleaned up before leaving every day. The finished job is so good to look at. My one regret is that I did not get the names of the guys who completed the work other than Sandy and James but all the guys were pleasant, hard working and great ambassadors for Briarlea
